Making the most of tiny spaces involves crafty use of space color, lighting, and furnishing. Here some tips for you.  Shape and line Keep the decorative theme simple, and make the bed the focus, preferably positioning it opposite the door to draw the eye. An Oversized object, such as a very large picture behind the bed,  can give the illusion of space. Vertical or horizontal lines of stripes visually accentuate height or length respectively, but dominating pattern or shape elsewhere will counteract the effect.
